“Shortlisted for the RIBA East Midlands Awards 2010, we have just heard that Hathersage Hall Business Centre is also now a finalist in the Derbyshire Times Business Awards 2010, for the Most Innovative Property/Building Development category. Additionally, our prestigious new rural office development has been cited by the CLA as a lead case study in the controversial Rural Challenge Report (which was published on 16 August by the Rural Coalition)”.
